Refund policy

At BAD HABIT, we want you to love your purchase.
If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned with the original hygiene liner intact (for swimwear)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Intimates / lingerie
  • Bodysuits without a hygiene liner
  • Final sale items

Swimwear Returns

Swimwear may be returned or exchanged only if:

  • The hygiene liner is intact
  • The item is unworn and in original condition
  • All tags are attached

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Once your item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
